The grapes are where the wine starts.  There's an old Italian proverb that says "You can't make great wine out of bad grapes."  We sure believe it's true! 

We have excellent relationships with grape growers that are local to us and grow their grapes in a way that we (and they) believe gives maximum flavor and  complexities.
