2006 Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir - Silver Medal Winner (at the 2009 San Joaquin County Fair), Bronze Medal Winner (at the 2008 Santa Cruz County Fair), & Bronze Medal Winner (at the 2008 California State Fair)

This is a classic Pinot from a classic Pinot terroir.  This is a single-vineyard wine from the Ed Quenneville vineyard at 1,800 feet of elevation above a protected valley in the mountains.

  • Cases Produced = 83

History

  • Harvested and crushed on October 10, 2006. It was 25.6° brix an 3.6 pH.
  • Pressed on October 22, 2006.
  • Moved to barrels for aging on October 28, 2006.
  • Bottled on May 17, 2008.
