This is a single-vineyard wine from the Ed Quenneville vineyard at 1,800 feet of elevation above a protected valley in the mountains. - Now a silver medal winner at the 2009 San Joaquin County Fair.
History- Harvested and crushed on September 5, 2007. It was 26.5° brix an 3.46 pH. Cold soaked at 45°F until September 15th, when we pitched the yeast.
- Pressed on September 29, 2007 at a brix of 5°.
- Moved to barrels for aging on October 20, 2007.
- Bottled on September 6, 2008.
