2008 "Bordeaux"* Blend

This blend is of Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

History

• Harvested and crushed on October 16, 2008
• Pressed on October 31, 2008.

* - We can't call it a "Bordeaux" blend anymore, since the US and the EU have a treaty in place now to protect named regions and styles, like Port, Champagne, Bordeaux, Chianti, etc.  I guess we'll be calling our wine made in the "Bordeaux-style" something boring like "Mountain-Man" red wine.
