John Bargetto meticulously grooms the vines at the Regan vineyard to extract as much of the Santa Cruz appellation's terroir as possible. History- Harvested and crushed on October 1, 2008. It was 26° brix and 3.39 pH.
- Pressed on October 15, 2008 for first settling.
- Moved to barrels for aging on October 30, 2008
