This is a classic Pinot from a classic Pinot terroir.  This is a single-vineyard wine from the Ed Quenneville vineyard at 1,800 feet of elevation above a protected valley in the Santa Cruz mountains.

History

• Harvested and crushed on 9/20/05 in two batches: The first batch was 25.6° brix an 3.2 pH and the second batch was 26.14° and 3.5 pH.
• Pressed on 10/2/05
• Bottled on August 19, 2006
